Registration
1. Introduction
<Conference Format>
・This conference will be held on-site, with live streaming (via Zoom) available for selected programs.
On-demand streaming is planned after the conference; however, only selected programs will be available.
・The program and abstract texts will be available via the web-based abstract system.
Printed abstract books will not be provided.
Details on how to access abstracts will be announced in mid-May (tentative).
・Name badges will not be sent in advance. They will be issued and handed out at the on-site registration desk on the day of the conference.
・To help reduce congestion at the venue, we kindly ask for your cooperation with advance registration.
・Accommodation arrangements should be made individually by each participant.

<Notes>
・A confirmation email will be sent automatically after registration is completed.
If you register using a mobile phone email address, the email may not be delivered.
Please check your email settings and consider registering with a PC email address or free email service.

・Please note that entry to the venue and access to online streaming will not be available until payment is confirmed.
・Registration after 16:00 (JST) on Sunday, May 31 will be eligible for on-demand viewing only.
On-site participation and live streaming will not be available.
・Registration will not be accepted after the deadline, regardless of the reason.
・Heavy traffic is expected just before the deadline. Please register well in advance.
3. Registration Fees
<Additional Information>
・Registration fees are the same for on-site and online participation.
・The reception fee is not included in the registration fee.
・Those currently applying for membership may also register. (If registering as a JPCA member, please complete membership procedures by the conference date.)
・Graduate students (other than physicians, dentists, or pharmacists) and company employees should register under “Medical Staff / Others.”
・Students must upload a copy of their student ID during registration. Students are defined as undergraduate students of universities, colleges, junior colleges, technical colleges, vocational schools, and other educational institutions, excluding graduate students.
・Those holding a medical license must register as “physicians”.
・Residents and dentists, pharmacists, or medical staff within two years after certification must upload a certificate during registration.
・On-site registration on the day is also available. Please complete registration on your own device before proceeding to the registration desk.
・Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or duplicate registrations.
4. Lunch During the Conference
・No sessions offering meals, such as luncheon seminars, will be held.
・Lunch boxes will be available by advance purchase only.
Due to preparation arrangements, the deadline for ordering lunch boxes is Monday, April 6, at 23:59.
・Please note that orders will not be accepted after this deadline or on the day of the event. If you wish to purchase a lunch box, please complete your conference registration and lunch box order by the deadline.
・After registration, additional orders, changes, or cancellations of lunch boxes cannot be accepted.
・Lunch box pickup time is scheduled for 11:00–14:00 on the day.
・To reduce food waste, please collect your lunch box within the designated time.
・Details regarding the pickup procedure will be announced later.
・Food trucks are also planned (details to be announced).

Format: Standing buffet (light refreshments)

Reception Fee: General JPY 5,000 (first 400 applicants only)
Residents / Students JPY 3,000 (first 100 applicants only)
Capacity: 500 participants (first-come, first-served)
＊Registration will close once capacity is reached.
＊Soft drinks are included in the reception fee.
＊Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase separately.

7. Cancellation Policy
・After payment of the registration fee, cancellations, category changes, and refunds are not permitted for any reason.
・Please ensure there are no duplicate registrations or payments and that the correct registration category is selected.
8. Payment Methods

・Bank transfer *available for participants residing in Japan only

・Participants residing outside Japan can make payments by credit card only.
・Bank transfer is not available for overseas participants.

・Please transfer the payment to the bank account displayed on the GMO virtual account issuance completion screen, under the participant’s own name.
・Payment must be completed within 14 days of application.
・Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant.
・Registration will be completed once payment is confirmed.
・If payment is not received by the deadline, the registration will be invalidated.
